Our Treatment Methods
Christian Counseling
I have studied in seminaries where I could integrate psychotherapy with Christian values. I can help clients to reframe their views as they renew their way of interpreting their experience by utilizing the concepts of God, Spirituality, and Theology.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have learned this treatment and have used it when I acknowledge client's symptoms are stemming from their cognitive distortion or negative assumptions..
Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
I have used this method for the population suffering from Anxiety, Panic attack, and PTSD.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
I can utilize this for the clients suffering from PTSD and anxiety disorder.
Grief Therapy
My doctoral dissertation theme was about death and grief. Thus, I'm able to help people in process of grieving.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
It is a compassionate approach that helps people understand and heal the different "parts" within themselves. In IFS, each part — whether it carries pain, fear, or protects you in some way — is seen as valuable and trying to help. By connecting with your core Self, which is naturally calm and wise, you can build trust with these parts, heal emotional wounds, and create a greater sense of balance, self-understanding, and inner peace.
